| Ian Kinsler - Texas
Rangers - He was banged up last year and still
managed to be a 20-20 second basemen. He is a good young
hitter with nice pop and speed which can translate into
good all-around fantasy numbers. Look for Kinsler to be
healthy and have a big 2008 season batting around .290
and possibly joining the 30-30 club. |

| James Loney - Los
Angeles Dodgers - The minor league All Star came
up big in the second half and took over the starting 1B
spot. He finished with a .331 average and 15 home runs
with 344 at bats. he is a potential .300-30 HR-100 RBI
hitter. |

| Rickie Weeks - Milwaukee
Brewers - He has been in the spotlight since he
was the second overall-pick in 2003. He has been up and
down and overall disappointing thus far, but a hand injury
contributed to his problems in '07. Though he only batted
.235 he 16 home runs, 6 triples, 21 doubles and stole
25 bases with 409 at bats. A healthy Weeks should give
him an improved average and over 20 home run. |

| Casey Kotchman - Los
Angeles Angels - The lefty started most of the
year finishing with 443 at bats and batted .296 with 11
home runs and 37 doubles. He drew 53 walks and only struck
out 43 times which is excellent, especially with a young
hitter. He can be a .300, 40 double, 20 home run hitter. |

| Jacoby Ellsbury - Boston
Red Sox - The lefty batted .298 with 2 home runs,
5 triples, 14 doubles and 33 stolen bases in AAA Pawtucket
before his call-up to Boston where he batted .353 with
3 home runs, 1 triple, 7 doubles and 9 stolen bases with
116 at bats. Then he batted .360 in the playoffs playing
part-time. Ellsbury has the chance to be a .300, 40 double,
10 triple, 50 stolen base fantasy outfielder. |

| Shane Victorino - Philadelphia
Phillies - Has that nice combination of power and
speed that fantasy-roto owners love. He batted .281 with
12 home runs and 37 stolen bases in 2007. In 2005 AAA
Scranton he hit .310 and 18 home runs, 16 triples and
stole 19 bases. Now coming into his 3 season he should
blossom and give owners a .290, 30 double, 8 triple, 17
home run, 35 stolen base- type player. |

| Adam Wainwright -
St. Louis Cardinals - The 2006 World Series star
closer was a starter in 2007 and had a solid debut season
going 14-12 with a 3.70 ERA and 136 strikeouts in 202
innings. The Cardinals struggled in 2007, thus 12 losses,
otherwise he may have been more like a 17-9 record. If
the Card's improve who his wins will increase and if not,
Wainwright should take a step up anyway. |

| Joba Chamberlain - N.Y.
Yankees - The Yankees took their time with their
22-year-old future stud. He will be a starter at some
point in '08, though he may start in the bullpen. in 2007
he went 2-0 with a microscopic 0.38 ERA with 35 strikeouts
in 24 innings. With the Yankee offense behind him, he
could win 15 games and post a k-ratio above 9. |

| Yovani Gallardo - Milwaukee
Brewers - The big-time prospect was brought up
to the Big's and pitched very well going 9-5 with a 3.67
ERA and 101 strikeouts in 110.1 innings. He can be a Johan
Santana-type pitcher. The Brewers have a good team, good
enough to possibly get him 15-18 wins. |

| Rich Hill - Chicago
Cubs - The lefty had a pretty good season going
11-8 with a 3.89 ERA and an impressive 189 strikeouts
in 195 innings. He is poised to step up in 2008 and win
15-20 games and posting over 200 strikeouts. |

| Matt Garza -
Tampa Bay Rays - The 2006 USA Today Minor League
Player of the Year was only 4-6 but had a 3.42 ERA & had
95 K's in 92 innings in AAA. Was acuired from the Twins
for Delmon Young after going 5-7 with a 3.69 ERA and 67
K's in 83 innings. |

12-5 with a 3.31 ERA. He has a very good k-ratio posting
141 strikeouts in 147 innings. |

| Clay Buchholz -
Boston Red Sox -The 23-year-old had a great debut
at the end of the 2007 season going 3-1 with a 1.59 ERA
and 22 strikeouts in 22.2 innings including a no hitter. |

| Phil Hughes - N.Y.
Yankees - He went 5-3 with a 4.46 ERA and 58 strikeouts
in 72.2 innings. The 2004 #1 draft-pick has been in trade
rumors, which would hurt his ranking, but he is still
top prospect. He went 4-1 with a 2.20 ERA and 28 strikeouts
in 28.2 innings. |

| Kyle Kendrick - Philadelphia
Phillies - He went 10-4 with a 3.87 ERA and 49
strikeouts in 121 innings as a rookie in 2007. Doesn't
have a good k-ratio, but looked sharp in the second half
going 7-4 with a 3.69 ERA. Phillies have a winning team
and that should give Kendrick the confidence to be a good
pitcher in '08. |
SP |

| Carlos Mármol - Chicago
Cubs - Will he start? Will he close? Well, if he
is a middle-reliever again his value is low, but he is
still draftable, but if the Cubs wake up and use him in
the right role he could be a stud. He finished 5-1 with
a 1.43 ERA and 96 strikeouts in just 69.1 innings in 2007. |
