batting .342 with 15 home runs, 41 doubles and 78
RBI's with 482 at bats. Batted .365 with 11 HR's
& 51 RBI's in the second half. Could climb to

for #2. |

Figgins - Angels - A fantasy
All-Star in 2005, but his average dipped to .259
in 2006. He still has great speed, 52 stolen bases
& 8 triples and may start at 2B. |

Zimmerman - Nationals - One
of 2006's top prospects came through by batting
.287 with 20 HR's, 47 Doubles & 110 RBI's. At
age 22 he is the future fantasy stud at third base.
You can compare him to David Wright last year. He
can easily eclipse the magic .300 - 30 HR mark. |

Fielder - Brewers - Another
2006 prospect who came through batting .271 with
28 home runs. The 7th pick of 2002 and son of former
major leaguer Cecil Fielder has the ability to be
a great hitter. He is surrounded by a good young
offense that includes Rickie Weeks, Bill Hall, Corey
Hart & more as well as a good hitters park in
Milwaukee. Could rise to the .300 - 30 HR mark in
2007. |

Huff - Astros - It wasn't
that long ago that Huff could be counted on a .290
& 25-30 HR season. Injuries have held him back,
but at the age of 30 he is looking for a fresh start
in Houston. He batted .267 with 21 home runs with
454 at bats in his split Devil Ray - Astro season. |

Lugo - Red Sox - Was putting
very good fantasy numbers for the AL Devil Rays
(.308 with 12 HR's & 18 SB's) and is back in
the AL with the Red Sox and their big offense. |

Giles - Padres - Usually moving
to San Diego is bad news for hitters, but Giles
is joining his brother Brian and will get
a fresh start in San Diego. He only batted .262
with 11 HR's in 2006, but has batted .300 with 20
HR's in the past. Has good speed too. |

Baldeli - Devil Rays - The
sixth overall pick in 2000 overcame injuries last
year to finish with a .302 average and hit 16 home
runs., 24 doubles, 6 triples while knocking in 57
runs scoring 59 runs and stealing 10 bases. All
this with just 364 at bats. That calculates to about
28 HR's, 40 Doubles, 10 Triples & 18 stolen
bases. Great roto numbers. |

Young - Devil Rays - Only
had 126 at bats in 2006 and may not be a true Level
A Sleeper, but he is going to be good and it should
start in 2007. He finished with 3 HR's, 2 stolen
bases while batting .317 as a 20 year-old rookie. |

Francoeur - Braves - Really
had an underrated year in 2006. Great clutch hitter
- a true sign of a great hitter. Smashed 29 HR's
with 103 RBI's while batting .269 in 2006. At 23
he can move up to a .290, 30 HR hitter. |

Taveras - Rockies - Moving
to Colorado is an automatic upgrade for any fantasy
hitter. Taveras has great speed and stole 33 bases
along with a .278 average in 2006 with Houston.
Batted .291 with 34 stolen bases in 2005. Taveras
is still young and could blossom in hitter-friendly
Colorado. |

Peavy - Padres - Struggled
last year big time, but his strikeout ratio still
made him a quality fantasy pitcher. At 26 Peavy
is still young and he will get better. He should
fall in the draft, just don't let him fall to
far. |

Bonderman - Tigers - You
don't get a 4 year, 38 Million dollar contract
to be average. He finished 14-8 with a 4.08 ERA
and 202 K's in 214 innings. He pitched good in
the playoffs is young & has improved each
year. |

Kazmir - Devil Rays - He
was 10-6 in the first half of the season and then
fell to injury in the second half and finished
10-8 overall. At 23 Kazmir is ready to take the
next step. Playing in Tampa Bay will cost him
some wins, but a low ERA and great K-Ratio can
push to the top 5 by season's end. |

Gagne - Rangers - He is
back and the Rangers have announced he will close.
Will he remain healthy? Good question. If he does
he may be the find of the draft. We all know his
ability if healthy (over 50 saves & a Cy Young)
and the Rangers are betting that he will produce
his big numbers again. He may fall of the radar
of many fantasy owners since he missed most of
2006, be aware of that and get him at a good price. |

Zumaya - Tigers - Simply
dominating. Should be the closer in Detroit...doesn't
mean he will, but he should. Went 6-3 with a 1.94
ERA and 97K's in 83.1 innings. |
