The former Japanese player is batting .389
with 1 HR, 1 Triple & 3 SB's. He was a
.300, 20-30 HR and 15 SB player in Japan. |

Bautista - Pirates:
The 26-year-old smashed 16 HR's, 20 doubles
& 51 RBI's with 400 at bats as a rookie.
He K's too much (110) & plays on the hapless
Pirates, but has potential. Qualifies as the
more valuable OF as well. |

Izturis -
Angels:
He is not a starter going into spring
training. He played 3B, SS, & 2B in 2006
and batted .293 with 5 HR's, 3 triples, 21
doubles & 14 SB's with 352 at bats. He
could play at 3B or 2B if Dallas McPherson
doesn't pan out or someone gets shifted to
the DH slot. Watch him in spring training. |
